Handicraft markets in Kyoto

My friend Ayaka from Mikkeli is a nice person from Japan. She talks Finnish really good after one and a half years learning. She took me to the handicraft markets while she was visiting back in Japan. I felt weird speaking Finnish in Japan 😅

I like to thank Ayaka for many things. Without her I wouldn't be here in Japan now! 😀

Walking by the river, seeing youngsters catching bugs, watching birds in the river... wedding couple, kimonos, praying in a temple... so nice. Having chai and spicy snacks... After markets having Japanese-korean food in a special restaurant was a new experiment.

After we separated I googled and booked a hostel nearby. I walked along the river in the shine of building's lights. There was no street lights but you could see where you're walking. 17 km today.

P.S. You should was hands before going to the temple. That's what we do in the pictures before the temple.
